In order to celebrate the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), to conscientiously study, publicize, and implement the 20th CPC National Congress spirits, to encourage and guide all the young students to cultivate love of the Party, patriotism, and socialism, the school Youth League committee organized the “Youth tribute to the 20th CPC National Congress” series of league activities.

The Youth League Committee organized the Youth League branch of the whole school to carry out thematic theoretical study of “Great Achievements in the New Era” and “the 20th CPC National Congress Spirits” to strengthen the ideological construction of youth league members. Focusing on studying and implementing the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on curbing food waste, carrying out the “Beautiful China - Youth Action - Be a Practitioner of Food Conservation”, enhancing teachers and students awareness of resource conservation, and solidly promoting the construction of a conservation-oriented campus. The school of Marxism held the activity of “Preaching the Tradition, recalling the Journey of time” to promote the advanced culture with Chinese characteristics and traditional Chinese culture by video shooting. The School of Teacher Education held the activity of “The Sound to Relive the Classics on the Scene – The Youth Tribute to the 20th CPC National Congress”, dubbing classic film clips, presenting by voice. The School of Journalism and Media carried out the fun parkour activity of “ Youth tribute to the 20th CPC National Congress, Chasing Dreams and Running to the Future”, using “KEEP” punch cards to generate specific tracks or numbers to express highly respect for the communist party and deep blessings to the motherland. The School of Arts and Design established a “Spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress” propaganda group, which went into classrooms and dormitories to carry out speech activities, they preached the main content and spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress in the form of “theory + interaction” and “art + publicity” by recitation and singing; the School of Science edited the chorus videos of songs such as “Sing a Folk Song to the Party” and “My Motherland” by dormitories, inheriting the genes of the revolution and strengthening the ideal and belief of always following the Communist Party. The School of Law held a poem recitation activity with the theme of “Youth to the Party, tribute to the 20th CPC National Congress” to guide students to learn new ideas and feel the charm of red classics in the recitation. The School of Literature and History organized each league branch to display the golden words in the report of the 20th CPC National Congress with calligraphy works, and used pen and ink to express the love of the party and the patriotism. The School of Foreign Languages used leaves to create creations, centering on the theme of “Forge a New Journey to the Party with Skillful Hands”, to express the strong determination of youthful heart to the Party, listening to the Party's words, and following the Party.

Various forms of activities fully demonstrate the new generation’s sense of mission and responsibility, vividly express the belief and determination of the young college students to "commit themselves to the Party, make contributions to the new era", create a strong atmosphere of the Youth League committee members tribute to the 20th CPC National Congress.
