In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Party's 20th Congress, implement the school's "1396" development strategy, strengthen the construction of young teachers, and comprehensively train young talents, on November 23, our school held a symposium for young teachers. Vice President Feng Baoqiang attended the symposium, personnel from the Personnel Office (Teachers' Work Department of the Party Committee), the Teaching Affairs Office, the Scientific Research Office, the Youth League Committee and 18 representatives of young teachers attended the symposium.

Feng Baoqiang listened carefully to the speech of the young teachers and had an in-depth exchange with them. He pointed out that young teachers are the future and hope of Shijiazhuang University, and everyone should not be afraid of difficulties, rise to the difficulties and bravely move forward. Feng Baoqiang put forward three requirements for the young teachers attending the meeting. First, we must strengthen learning. Establish the concept of lifelong learning, adhere to work in study, learn in work, learn knowledge from books, learn experience from practice, follow the laws of education and teaching, and constantly improve the quality and ability to adapt to the development of The Times and career requirements, and strive to become a "big Mr." in the new era. Second, be strict. "Learning from a high school is a teacher, and the body is a model." It is necessary to cultivate moral sentiments, be strict with self-cultivation and self-discipline, constantly improve ideological and moral cultivation, enhance personality quality, and be a demonstration for students to learn, do things and be human. Three, be willing to contribute. Mind "the big of the country", dare to take on, good at doing, do a feeling of educators, actively adapt to the new environment, adhere to self-confidence and self-reliance, the courage to be the main force, shoulder heavy responsibilities, take the lead, and make outstanding achievements in ordinary posts.
