On the morning of January 17th, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between our university and Hebei Daily Newspaper Group was held at the Intelligent Media Center of Hebei Daily Newspaper Group. Chen Liang, Secretary of the School Party Committee, Wang Xibo, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Li Juan, Vice President; Zhao Bing, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Hebei Daily Newspaper Group, Liu Cuimin, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President, and Liu Chengqun, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Editor in Chief, attended the signing ceremony.

 

Chen Liang stated in his speech that currently, the university is firmly seizing the historic opportunity of coordinated development of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region and the construction of a strong provincial capital, adhering to the positioning of "application-oriented, local, and international" education, vigorously implementing the "1396" development strategy, and moving towards the goal of creating a first-class application-oriented university. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the university's undergraduate promotion. We hope that this signing will serve as an opportunity for both parties to strengthen communication and deepen practical cooperation, and carry out cooperation around all media promotion, smart campus and school level integrated media center construction, ideological and political education platforms, etc., to achieve complementary advantages, mutual benefit and win-win cooperation, and continuously create new modules and situations for school-media strategic cooperation.

  

Zhao Bing stated in his speech that Hebei Daily Newspaper Group is promoting the implementation of the "Dual Brand and Dual Platform" strategy, forming a full media communication pattern led by digital intelligence and breakthrough in deep integration. We will take this signing as an opportunity to fully leverage the advantages of the group in content production, all media planning, new media applications, digital technology, and public opinion think tanks, jointly build two co construction bases, jointly build a "Smart Media Innovation Application Laboratory", vigorously promote the construction of smart campuses and school level integrated media, consolidate and strengthen the mainstream ideological and public opinion positions, and inject new momentum into the high-quality development of both sides.

At the ceremony, Chen Liang and Zhao Bing, representing our university and Hebei Daily Newspaper Group, unveiled the "Hebei Daily Newspaper Group Media Research Joint Construction Base" and "Shijiazhuang College Practice Teaching Base". Wang Xibo and Liu Chengqun signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on behalf of both parties.

 

The signing of this strategic cooperation framework agreement is a concrete measure and practical action to deeply study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and Xi Jinping Thoughts, and to promote the implementation of the spirit of the national and provincial propaganda, ideological and cultural work conferences. In the next three years, both sides will fully cooperate with the idea of "University-Media Linkage, Deep Integration, Mutual Empowerment". Relying on the full media communication matrix of Hebei Daily Newspaper Group, we will deepen the promotion of our university's implementation of the "1396" development strategy, highlight measures and progress in cultivating high-quality applied talents, serving the economic and social development of the provincial capital, and further deepen cooperation in the planning and execution of major events and important activities. We will also cooperate in the construction of smart campuses, university level integrated media centers, and smart media innovation and application laboratories, and collaborate to build a mainstream ideological and public opinion platform for our university.
