On January 26th, Ji Lihuai, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, led a team to visit alumni in Yuanshi County and held a forum for outstanding alumni. Wang Yonghui, Secretary of the General Party Branch of Yuanshi No.1 Middle School, Fan Junkai, Director of the Audio-visual Education Station of Yuanshi County Education Bureau, Wang Yinchuan, Director of Yuanshi County Admissions Office, Shi Sujie, President of Yuanshi County Huaiyang School, Wang Xuewu, Vice President of Shijiazhuang No.2 Experimental Middle School, and Wang Xuelong, Director of Yuanshi County No.1 Middle School Office, and other outstanding alumni attended the forum.
Ji Lihuai introduced the development of the university in recent years, especially the "1396" development strategy made by the university party Committee. Alumni recalled their study and life experiences at school, expressed their gratitude to their alma mater and teachers, and also put forward some suggestions, such as strengthening the background of normal schools, paying attention to the integration of production and education, and continuing the college context. Shao Guowei, Minister of the United Front Work Department, introduced the activities of visiting alumni in the 20th anniversary of the university's promotion, and hoped that alumni would continue to pay attention to and participate in supporting the university's development. After the symposium, the participants visited the exhibition hall and school history museum of Yuanshi County No.1 Middle School.
This activity enhanced alumni's sense of identity and belonging to their alma mater, and enhanced the feelings between the university and alumni. Alumni have expressed their willingness to help our university build a first-class application-oriented university with practical actions.
