In order to thoroughly implement the requirements of the provincial and municipal grassroots work deployment, and further enhance the grassroots work ability and social service level of our school's sinking work team, on March 21, Party Secretary Chen Liang, Deputy Party Secretary Wang Xibo, Vice President Yao Zhenjun, and Vice President Feng Baoqiang went to Beishangzhuang Community in Lianzhou Town, Gaocheng District to conduct work research and offer condolences to the cadres, accompanied by the head of the school's office and organization department. Leaders from Gaocheng District, Lianzhou Town, and other related areas participated in the event.

Chen Liang expressed gratitude for the strong support given to the work team by the stationed units at all levels, and hoped that the following work could serve as an opportunity to enhance communication, deepen consensus, and further promote the deepening and implementation of school local cooperation. He fully affirmed the various work carried out by the grassroots work team in the past three months, emphasizing the need to strictly implement various work tasks and requirements, and effectively solve practical problems for grassroots development. At the same time, specific requirements have been put forward for the next step of work: firstly, to strengthen theoretical learning and improve the level of policy theory. We need to strengthen the study of policy documents related to sinking work, align the work direction and scale, be diligent in thinking, scientifically plan, and effectively transform solid theoretical understanding and outstanding work achievements into boosters for promoting grassroots development. Secondly, to strengthen work collaboration and improve work efficiency. We need to handle the relationship with the local party organizations, actively integrate into the grassroots, strengthen communication and exchange, make good use of the advantages and experiences of grassroots organizations to promote work, and work together to implement and achieve practical results in various tasks related to grassroots work. Thirdly, to strengthen the role of bonds and promote cooperation between schools and local areas . We should establish a bridge and link between schools and local areas, promote communication and interaction between schools and local areas, assist in expanding channels for cooperation between schools and local areas, build platforms for cooperation between schools and local areas, integrate the advantages of school disciplines, talents, technology, etc. into local economic and social development, and achieve two-way interaction and win-win cooperation between schools and local areas.

Chen Liang and other school leaders conducted on-site research on the office and living facilities of the work team, gained a detailed understanding of their daily work and living conditions, and listened to the work report of the work team.
