On the afternoon of April 11, Ji Lihuai, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission and Ombudsman of the university, led the leadership team of School of Foreign Languages to Decno Group Co., LTD. (referred to as Decno Group) to carry out a special action to visit enterprises and promote employment, and held the signing ceremony of the employment base.

At the unveiling ceremony, Wang Jixu, president of Decno Group, first introduced the company’s cultural concept, values, strategy and talent outlook. Wang Jixu said that as an alumnus of Shijiazhuang University, he will actively provide employment positions and internship opportunities for School of Foreign Languages, promote the talent training of the school, promote graduates to achieve high-quality employment, and form a win-win situation of school-enterprise cooperation. Li Xiaohu, Secretary of the General Party Branch of School of Foreign Languages, introduced the education concept and ideas of School of Foreign Languages, hoping to enhance the communication between schools and enterprises with Decno Group, give full play to the professional advantages of the school, promote students’ internship, accurately realize person-post docking, serve the development of local and enterprise, and achieve tripartite co-construction, win-win and sharing. Subsequently, the two sides had a warm discussion on “visiting enterprises to expand the posts and promote the joint development of school-enterprise cooperation in employment”, and visited Decno Group.

Ji Lihuai delivered a speech. He stressed that School of Foreign Languages should listen to the suggestions of employers on the talent training of the school, establish a mechanism of daily contact and exchange visits, find the starting point for cooperation with employers, in-depth cooperation, resource sharing, improve the quality and efficiency of the talent training of the school, transport more outstanding talents for employers, and achieve mutual benefit and common development. At the same time, he invited Wang Jixu to return to his Alma Mater in his spare time, feel the development and changes of the school, make suggestions for the development of the school, and jointly write a new chapter in the high-quality development of Shijiazhuang University.

He Yutao, vice dean of School of Foreign Languages, signed an employment base agreement with Wang Yajuan, vice president of Decno Group. Ji Lihuai and Wang Jixu jointly unveiled the employment base of Shijiazhuang University.

The special action of “visiting enterprises to expand the posts and promote employment” is an important measure for School of Foreign Languages to “Build dreams and set off” employment work in 2024, and is also one of the series of “double visit” activities to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the university’s promotion. School of Foreign Languages will continue to develop the job market, provide all-round employment services for graduates, actively expand high-quality employment positions, and promote high-quality and full employment for graduates in 2024.
