On May 8th, the appointment ceremony of the distinguished professor of Biomedicine Institute at School of Chemical Engineering was held in the first conference room of the administration building. Party Secretary Chen Liang and Vice President Feng Baoqiang were present. Principal directors of College Office and Personnel Department, leaders of Biomedicine Institute at School of Chemical Engineering and some teacher representatives attended the meeting.

Chen Liang presented the letter of appointment to Professor Han Jun, a national distinguished expert, academic committee member of the Key Laboratory of Generic Drug Research and Evaluation of the State Drug Administration, and president of the Biopharmaceutical Research Institute of Liaocheng University.

Feng Baoqiang delivered a speech and expressed his warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to Professor Han Jun for joining Shijiazhuang University as a distinguished professor.

After the appointment ceremony, Professor Han Jun gave an academic report entitled “Preparation Strategies for Insoluble Drugs” to the faculty of Biomedicine Institute at School of Chemical Engineering. With his profound academic background and unique insights, Professor Han presented a wonderful academic speech to the teachers. The report is rich in content, novel in ideas, vivid and simple in explanation. It not only provides valuable scientific research ideas, but also injects new inspiration into the scientific research and discipline construction of our university.
