To thoroughly implement the school's "1396" development strategy and to further promote the high-quality development of academic disciplines and degree programs, as well as deepen the construction of faculty and personnel system reform, Vice President Feng Baoqiang led the school's relevant departments and heads of secondary departments to visit Dezhou University, Zaozhuang University, Jiangsu Normal University, and China University of Mining and Technology for study and research from September 23 to 25.
On September 23, Vice President Feng Baoqiang and his delegation arrived at Dezhou University, where they were warmly welcomed by Xu Jing, a member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Dezhou University. At the symposium, Xu Jing introduced the basic situation, educational philosophy, and development achievements of Dezhou University around the "1493" development strategy. Feng Baoqiang congratulated Dezhou University on its development achievements and introduced the basic situation of our school. He pointed out that the two schools, as the closest brother universities across provincial borders, have many common points in terms of school history, positioning, and development goals. Dezhou University has provided valuable learning experience for the development of local universities. Both sides conducted in-depth and detailed exchanges on the construction of academic disciplines and degree programs, the construction of faculty teams, and the reform of the personnel system, and expressed their desire to further deepen cooperation and seek common development.

On the morning of September 24, Feng Baoqiang and his delegation arrived at Zaozhuang University, where they were warmly received by Li Muhai, a member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Zaozhuang University. At the symposium, Li Muhai comprehensively introduced the achievements and characteristics of Zaozhuang University in terms of academic majors, talent cultivation, scientific research, service to the local area, and cooperative education, with a particular emphasis on the innovative measures in promoting the pomegranate culture. Feng Baoqiang introduced the basic situation of our school. He pointed out that Zaozhuang University's path of connotation development and characteristic development of applied education has provided valuable experience and enlightenment for the development of our school. Both sides conducted one-on-one discussions and exchanges on related work and reached a consensus on mutual cooperation and joint improvement.

In the afternoon of the same day, Feng Baoqiang and his delegation arrived at Jiangsu Normal University for study and research. Fang Zhong, Secretary of the Party Committee of Jiangsu Normal University, and Dong Xiaochen, a member of the Party Committee and Vice President, warmly welcomed the arrival of Feng Baoqiang and his delegation. Dong Xiaochen introduced in detail the historical evolution, academic development, scientific research achievements, faculty team construction, and talent training of the university. Subsequently, Yan Changchun, Director of the Academic Construction Office of Jiangsu Normal University, focused on introducing the university's successful experiences and future development plans in academic construction. Feng Baoqiang introduced the current development status and the "1396" development strategy of our school, expressing the expectation to carry out in-depth cooperation with Jiangsu Normal University in academic construction, faculty team construction, and other aspects. Relevant departments conducted point-to-point discussions and exchanges, and determined to further strengthen contact and cooperation.

On September 25, Feng Baoqiang and his delegation visited China University of Mining and Technology. The accompanying personnel were divided into four groups to connect with the School of Marxism, the Graduate School and Academic Construction Office, the Human Resources Department, and the Science and Technology Research Institute of China University of Mining and Technology. Through in-depth exchanges and on-site inspections, the delegation fully understood the advanced experiences and practices of China University of Mining and Technology in related fields. The leaders of various departments of China University of Mining and Technology warmly welcomed the arrival of the delegation and introduced in detail the focus and achievements of their respective fields. Both sides conducted in-depth discussions on many topics and reached a number of cooperation intentions.

This study and research activity ended successfully, not only deepening the friendship and cooperation between our school and brother universities, but also providing important references and lessons for the high-quality development of our school's academic disciplines and degree programs. The study group stated that they would apply the successful experiences and advanced practices learned to their actual work, contributing to the active implementation of the school's "1396" development strategy, promoting the high-quality development of the school, and the construction of a first-class applied university.
