Memorandum of Cooperation Agreement Signed by Our University with Messina Conservatory of Music, Italy

On the morning of October 17th, Bernava Edigio, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Messina Conservatory of Music, Italy, and Bongiovanni Massimo, Director of the Academic Affairs Office and Director of the Exchange Program, visited our school. Chen Liang, Secretary of the Party Committee, met with foreign guests and signed a memorandum of inter-university cooperation on behalf of our university. Vice President Li Juan attended, and the heads of the Graduate Education Development Center, the Center for International Exchange and Cooperation (College of International Exchange), and Leda International Academy of Arts participated in the exchange activities.
During the meeting, Chen Liang extended a warm welcome to Chairman Bernava Edigio and his delegation, and made a brief introduction about the basic information, the development of disciplines and the cultivation of talents. He said that Shijiazhuang University had a deep exchange foundation with Italian universities, and hoped that the two universities would take the signing as an opportunity to carry out extensive cooperation in the fields of joint training of graduate students and teacher-student exchanges, and promoted a further cultivation for the high-level applied talents who love music for the two countries. President Edigio expressed his gratitude to our university for our warm reception and careful arrangement. He said that Messina Conservatory of Music’s a music institution of higher education integrating professionalism, openness and internationality, and would be willing to establish friendly and cooperative relations with our university to deepen exchanges and cooperation.
Subsequently, Chairman Edigio and the delegation visited the University History Museum and inspected the teaching environment and facilities of Leda International Academy of Arts.
