On the afternoon of June 11th, accompanied by Xu Liting, Director of the Research Office of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Macao Special Administrative Region, a delegation of 15 people from City University of Macau visited our school for an exchange. President Wang Yongqin signed a memorandum of cooperation between the two schools on behalf of our school. Wang Xibo, the deputy secretary of the Party Committee, met with the delegation.
During the meeting, Wang Xibo introduced the basic situation of our school, including its history of running the school, professional settings, and internationalized education. He reviewed the interaction process with Macau City University and expressed that our school attaches great importance to exchanges and cooperation with Macau universities, and hopes to strengthen cooperation in teaching and research, joint student training, and teacher training. Zhou Long, the vice dean of the Graduate School of City University of Macau, briefly introduced the situation of City University of Macau and expressed his willingness to expand new channels for patriotic and love-Macao education and publicity among young scholars through exchanges with our university. The relevant personnel also communicated and exchanged views on the specific implementation of summer study yours, student exchanges and other projects.
Subsequently, the delegation visited our school's history museum, the regional cultural perspective and the Leda International Art College.
Personnel from the International Exchange and Cooperation Center, the School of Literature and History, the School of Fine Arts and Design, and the Graduate Education Development Center participated in the exchange activities.
