On the afternoon of June 11th, Dr. Sima from the School of Business at the University of Auckland was invited to give an academic lecture on the topic of Innovative Future of Business Education at our university. Vice President Li Juan attended the lecture, and more than 80 vice deans and professional leaders from various secondary colleges attended.

Dr. Sima systematically elaborated on the innovative practices, challenges, and achievements of implementing TBL (Team Based Learning) at the University of Auckland Business School, and introduced the practical practices of the Advanced Marketing Strategy course and the "Acceleration Program" at the University of Auckland. In the interactive session, participants exchanged ideas with Dr. Sima on details such as course evaluation methods and student participation in TBL's specific practice.

Dr. Sima is a renowned scholar and doctoral supervisor in the field of digital strategy research, with main research areas covering social media, digital marketing, and artificial intelligence applications. His academic research focuses on data-driven digital strategy design, which helps improve corporate performance and promote social value creation by innovating customer interaction models, optimizing brand communication effectiveness, and building a digital marketing ecosystem. Currently serving as a digital strategy consultant for multiple multinational corporations, with business coverage in New Zealand and the global market, dedicated to building a collaborative innovation bridge between academia and industry.

This lecture provided an international perspective and practical path for the teaching reform and innovation of our school, opening up new ideas and perspectives for international teaching.
