Recently, the cover of the 14th issue of the “Young Envoys Scholarship (YES) programme newsletter”, led by the China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE), published an article titled ‘The Blooming of the Crabapple Flower: Endless Possibilities — Shijiazhuang University Hosts Sino-US Youth Study Tour.’ The article highlighted the Sino-US youth study tour held by our university from 8 to 15 April.

Since last year, the International Exchange and Cooperation Centre (International Exchange Academy) has actively explored innovative approaches, focusing on creating immersive “foreign affairs + culture” experience scenarios. It has consistently developed the ‘Know and Experience Hebei, Civilization Exchange +’ series of distinctive brand projects, injecting new vitality into international cultural exchange. The activities are based on the “Know and Experience Hebei, Civilization Exchange +” project brand, integrating foreign affairs with tourism, art, sports events, and intangible cultural heritage. These diverse exchange activities serve not only as vehicles for cultural exchange but also as a bond connecting the hearts of Chinese and American youth, a bridge fostering mutual understanding, and a stage deepening friendship, making the trans-Pacific friendship grow stronger with each concrete encounter.

Next, the International Exchange and Cooperation Centre (International Exchange Academy) will focus on the core theme of “continuously enhancing quality,” adopting more systematic planning and innovative approaches to deepen its engagement in international exchange. This will elevate the brand’s influence from “unique” to “high-quality and international,” and transform cultural exchange from “superficial interaction” to “deep resonance,” thereby achieving the long-term goal of “fostering understanding through exchange and building friendship through collaboration.”
