On November 15th, the Shijiazhuang Session of the Regional Autumn Recruitment Campaign for 2026 Graduates in Hebei Province, concurrently serving as the Campus Double Selection Fair for 2026 Graduates of Shijiazhuang University, was successfully held at the Central Square in front of the Library on the South Campus. University leaders Chen Liang, Ji Lihuai, Feng Baoqiang, and Li Huilin visited the venue in person, carefully guiding the event arrangements, gaining insights into market trends and employment demands, and encouraging graduates to actively pursue job opportunities. Leading teams of all departments, counselors for graduating classes, employment liaison officers, and 2026 graduates participated in the fair.
A total of 355 employers attended the recruitment event, including well-known enterprises such as Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Gree Electric Appliances, Inc., Yili Dairy Co., Ltd., Cangzhou Dahua Group Co., Ltd., and Jingying Middle School. The participating enterprises covered 18 industries including education, manufacturing, information transmission, biomedicine, and culture & sports, which are highly aligned with the university's academic programs. Over 8,800 job vacancies were offered in total. The venue featured a bustling yet orderly atmosphere, with students actively seeking employment and enterprises recruiting talented individuals. Preliminary statistics show that by 12:00 noon on the event day, nearly 5,000 student participants from Shijiazhuang University, Hebei Normal University, Shijiazhuang Tiedao University, Hebei Jiaotong Vocational and Technical College, and other institutions attended the fair, and 3,793 employment intentions were reached.
Functional zones were set up on-site, including an Employment Policy Consultation Area, Career Guidance Area, Military Recruitment Consultation Area, AI Resume and Interview Experience Area, and Resume Clinic and Guidance Service Area, providing comprehensive services and support for students' job hunting. As a highlight of this event, live-streaming job recruitment services were specially offered, facilitating students who were unable to attend in person to apply for their desired positions.
Shijiazhuang Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security and High-tech Zone Employment Service Center fully met the needs of the event, setting up on-site consultation zones to provide students with career guidance and employment policy promotion services. Joint efforts from multiple parties ensured the successful conclusion of the recruitment fair.
