Recently, the Education Department of Hebei Province released the results of the 2025 “Respecting Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture” publicity and education activity among colleges and universities in Hebei Province. Three works from our university, namely “The Reading Sound in the Thatched Cottage” by Sun Yifei from the School of Chemical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering, “Drumming Up Chinese Red, Beating for Chinese Heart - Creating a New Benchmark for Ideological and Political Education with Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture” by Jiao Xuping from the School of Future Information Technology, and “Light and Shadow Inheritance·The New Era of Gaocheng Lanterns” by Kang Jiahui from the School of Future Information Technology, were all successfully selected as outstanding cases, fully demonstrating the solid achievements of our university in the inheritance and education of Chinese excellent traditional culture.

This activity was organized by the Education Department of Hebei Province, aiming to promote the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese excellent traditional culture. Since its launch, colleges and universities across the province have responded positively and participated widely. After strict evaluation by experts, 75 outstanding cases were finally selected.

Our university has always integrated the education of Chinese excellent traditional culture into the entire process of talent cultivation. In response to the requirements of the activity, we carefully planned and comprehensively advanced, and selected three representative works to submit for evaluation. The successful selection of these three works this time is a full recognition of our university’s publicity and education work on Chinese excellent traditional culture.
