Recently, the nomination list for the 2025 National Highly Cited Scholars selection was officially announced. Eleven faculty members from our university have successfully secured nominations, standing out among numerous candidates with their profound academic expertise, high-quality research achievements, and broad influence within their fields.
The nominated faculty members represent a wide range of core disciplines, including engineering, science, management, computer science, information technology, and humanities and social sciences. This demonstrates the university’s solid strength in talent cultivation and scientific research innovation. The nominations serve as a high recognition of our faculty’s research capabilities and academic excellence, reflecting the university’s remarkable progress in scientific research development and team building.
The National Highly Cited Scholars selection aims to objectively and scientifically identify and honor scholars who have produced abundant research outcomes and achieved outstanding academic influence in China over the past decade. Those selected have published papers in their respective fields that are cited frequently by international peers, ranking among the top nationally and globally. Their work has garnered widespread attention and recognition in the academic community, contributing significantly to the advancement of related disciplines and technological progress.
