Our School Has Been Successfully Selected as a Pilot Institution for the Integrated Development of Education, Science and Technology and Talents in Hebei Province
Recently, the Department of Science and Technology of Hebei Province, the Department of Education of Hebei Province, and the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Hebei Province jointly announced the review results of the pilot program for the integrated development of education, science and technology, and talents in Hebei Province. The "Innovative Pilot Program for School-Enterprise Collaborative Education Mechanism in the Biomedical Industry" led by Chen Liang, the Party Secretary, was successfully selected. The pilot institution's cooperative partners include Hebei Tsinghua Development Research Institute, Hebei Pharmaceutical Industry Association, and Shijiazhuang Yiling Pharmaceutical Co., LTD.
The "Innovation Pilot of School-Enterprise Collaborative Education Mechanism in the Biomedical Industry" is based on the industrial positioning of Hebei as a "major province in the biomedical industry" and Shijiazhuang as "China's Pharmaceutical Capital". It takes the approved Hebei Biomedical Modern Industry College as the core carrier, closely adheres to the main line of "education as the foundation, technology as the empowerment, and talent as the core", deepens the industry-university-research collaboration mechanism, fully integrates multiple resources, and takes institutional and mechanism innovation as the breakthrough point to remove the "bottlenecks" and "disconnections" in the integrated development of education, science and technology, and talent. It forms a pilot model of "deep integration of industry-university-research-application, efficient linkage of collaborative innovation, and precise matching of talent supply and demand", providing replicable and promotable working experience for the integrated development of education, science and technology, and talent throughout the province.
This selection is a vivid embodiment of the "1396" development strategy and a high recognition of the school's long-term commitment to prioritizing education, promoting self-reliance in science and technology, and leading with talent, as well as its in-depth efforts to organically integrate and synergistically develop these three aspects. It also marks a crucial step forward in the school's progress towards building a first-class applied university and injects new impetus into its high-quality development.
