Students of Our University Achieved Excellent Results at the 40th Hebei Adolescent Science and Technology Innovation Competition
Recently, the final evaluation and exhibition of the 40th Hebei Adolescent Science and Technology Innovation Competition, alongside the 2026 Xiongan New Area Science and Technology Workers’ Day Event, was held in Xiongan New Area. All three entries submitted by our university came from the School of Teacher Education and claimed the First Prize.
These entries competed in the University Student Group of the Science and Technology Counselors’ Scientific and Technological Innovation Achievement Contest. The three award-winning works include “Reflection of Light” by Gu Boshu, “Living in Harmony” by He Rui, and “Diverse Species of Animals” by Liu Chenyue. After fierce competition, all three works were awarded First Prize. During the science teaching skill demonstration session, the three students presented innovative teaching designs, precise experimental demonstrations and vivid teaching language, fully demonstrating the scientific literacy, innovative capacity and solid teaching expertise of normal university students from our institution.

Co-sponsored by the Hebei Provincial Association for Science and Technology, Hebei Provincial Department of Education, the Communist Youth League Hebei Provincial Committee and the Administrative Committee of Hebei Xiongan New Area, this competition is a provincial-level flagship event for adolescent science and technology innovation featuring extensive coverage, high authority and far-reaching influence in Hebei Province. Responding to the new demands of basic education development, our university focuses on fostering normal students’ scientific literacy and classroom practical capabilities. Adhering to the philosophy of promoting learning, practice and teaching through competitions, we keep deepening the teaching reform of teacher education. The full sweep of First Prizes this time not only reflects the participating students’ diligent learning, critical thinking and innovative spirit, but also serves as powerful evidence of our university’s dedicated efforts in advancing science education, prioritizing practical education and elevating the training quality of normal students.
