焦晓聪,女,汉族,1991年10月,河北省赞皇县。2022年6月毕业于西北农林科技大学,设施园艺学专业,博士学位。于2022年7月到石家庄学院工作,讲师,主讲《植物生理学》、《耕作学》等课程。
