焦晓聪，女，汉族，1991年10月，河北省赞皇县。2022年6月毕业于西北农林科技大学，设施园艺学专业，博士学位。于2022年7月到石家庄学院工作，讲师，主讲《植物生理学》、《耕作学》等课程。
