马媛媛,女,回族,1980年10月出生,群众。2009年毕业于中国农业大学食品生物技术专业,获工学博士学位。2010年到石家庄学院工作,主讲《食品安全学》、《食品工艺学》、《英语语音与口语训练》等课程。已发表学术论文6篇,其中以第一作者身份发表SCI论文4篇。
